This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website ( www.broarmand.org.ph ) or services. We collect only the following personal data necessary for our services: your full name, email address, and phone number. This information is collected directly from you when you fill out registration forms, contact forms, or sign up for newsletters. We do not collect any sensitive data such as health or financial details, and we do not collect data from children under 16 years old. We use essential cookies only for site functionality like session management and do not use any tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.

We implement reasonable and appropriate security measures per NPC Circular 2023-06, including AES-256 data encryption, HTTPS secure forms, firewalls, limited staff access, regular audits, and secure hosting facilities. In case of a data breach, we will notify you and the NPC within 72 hours if required.
Our website uses only essential cookies for login sessions, which are deleted when you log out. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and a cookie banner will appear on your first visit with acceptance options. Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover such data, it will be deleted immediately.
